Capacity of our Fully Automatic Pasting Machine to accommodate Panels: Length minimum 145 to maximum 290, width 155 {length is adjustable with the help of single handle (precisely)}

Speed : More than 150 Panel/Minute (this depends upon width of panel)

Belt Drive : It also has Independent Frequency Drive with Directly coupled positive drive gearbox.

Placing of Panels on Belt : Panels are fed beneath the hopper by auto adjustable roller. This roller has self-locking property to avoid extra idling pressure on belt, which will increase life of belt.

Hopper has Following Main Specialties : feeding hood & inside lining is acid resistance stainless steel. both the roller & paste feeding is made of stainless of same grade, which will increase life as well as mixing of deteriorated material from roller & inside of hopper will increase ferrous component of paste. First roller is covered with s. s. cover (easily detachable). Side of roller also have covers to regulate flow to the panels, if panel size will vary then these cover will be changed to suit panel length, to avoid spilling of paste to belt. Hopper is fitted with jerk-free air pressure back cylinder & get the operator quick user-friendly operations.

Compacting Roller : This roller is made of extra super finish hard steel to attain proper thickness & compact super quality pasted plate.

Air Shaving Jets are provided to recollect extra Paste from Sides of Plates if it is there. Acid Dipping is achieved by Flow Regulated Acid Dripping Jets from both (Top & Bottom) sides of Plates. These all Parts are made of Acid resistant Material. Acid spilling is avoided by S.S. Covers.

There are two sets of drive rollers to achieved double side pasting. Both sets are air pressure regulated which delivers uniform flatness both sides. Loading & unloading pressure is measurable uniform on both sides.
