Our Advanced Lithium-Battery Recycling Plant consists of the following machines, which are made in modular configurations to make it suitable for different users depending upon their requirements of production.
Feed Conveyors : This conveyor can be connected to Lorry carrying Scrap Battery. It is integral unloading as well feeder to Acid Extraction Machine.
Acid Extraction Machine : Batteries of any size can be fed through feeding Conveyor, which will take the used Acid, to Acid Tank from there. Acid can be sent for recycling to different Acid recycler or for different use.
Plastic Extractor : This will take out plastic container & inside material. Manual touching & exposure is avoided. Fumes from battery are taken out through fume blowers to out for avoiding exposure to operators further treatment. Plastic extractors are fitted in three stages as per the requirement. Accordingly, amount will vary.
Plastic Crusher will cruse plastic for washing, so that it can be used to make Plastic Granules.
- Primary Sorting Machine will sort Lead Parts, Strap etc.
- Secondary Sorting Machine will sort separator etc.
- Used Paste Ingredients will be separated.
All these processes will reduce lead reprocessing cost as well as Labor Cost/kg output.
