Drying Oven has three pass system to use minimum energy to attain required temp., which can be set & at the same time, it will control moisture in the oven hence maximizing benefit of energy.

Only one/two blower distributes airflow evenly (regulated as per requirement) for both side of plates. Hence, energy consumption reduced again. heat losses reduced by conserving as well by more efficient & four layers of insulation to stop radiation heat. link chain conveyor is passing through oven to take the panels through it without affecting airflow. The speed of our Laboratory Drying Oven adjusts automatically to match to the output of the pasting machine. Inspection doors are all around of Flash Drying Oven at operator side in order to allow easy maintenance reach.
